Drop In Classes

For a single class with Bansi Baba on any of the instruments at the Centre the price is 500 INR for an individual, or 1000 INR for a group of up to four people.

Short Term Basic Course – 14 Days

14 day residential or non-residential course for beginners at the Vedic Yoga Centre. Bansi Baba offers training in the instrument of your choice – flute, harmonium, tabla, dholak, sitar, guitar or vocals (mantra and chanting).

This course will bring you in touch with music, which is a powerful healing method for balancing the body, mind, energy and emotions, and helping you to attain motivation for deeper practice on both a physical and spiritual level. It is also a powerful tool to attain peace and a meditative state.

Bansi Baba will focus on Indian classical music, teaching basic ragas (melodies) and specialising in chanting and mantra.

Total cost for the 14 days of tuition is 6000 INR. For accommodation rates visit the Vedic Yoga Centre.

Long Term Courses – 1, 2, 3 Or 6 Months

If you wish to study over a longer period of time, you can dive deeper into the study of your selected instrument with a 1, 2 3 or 6 months course. You can even continue on an ongoing basis if you have enjoyed your course. Bansi Baba will offer you a curriculum in theory, practice and demonstration. He will assist and guide you in your personal practice and teach you the basics of classical Indian music through raga and mantra. Bansi Baba is available for ongoing tuition through Skype if this is convenient.

Total cost for 1-month of tuition is 11,000 INR. For each additional month the cost is to be negotiated.
