Hi there

i signed up to your service as part of the FPA offer based on the following:
1 - Good testimonials
2 - Published results showing week on week positive for 2012 wth the exception of 3 weeks with negative pips
3 - Receiving 1-3 daily signals


to date (day 8 of your service) signals have been sent on only 4 days - a total of 8 signals.  ref attached.  if i took all signals results wouldve been 143 pips (estimated).  
in discussions with other (not as new a memberas me ) of 4x pips i understand the last 3 weeks have been negative - statistically this is unlikely based on published results so i question the validity of your website results  .  

i am not happy with the service, do not believe you are providing what has been signed up for and therefore request a refund.  I understand your website says you have a no refund policy but in light of your inability to deliver as advertised I would request you make an exception.

I await your confirmation of refund.
