am stepping aside as it means someone else can step in and run the service =
better without this level of abuse and personal attacks. =0A =0ASo on that =
note, I have asked TCi who has been giving excellent pips over the past 2 m=
onths in the skype group to take over. He will have access to our other tra=
ders and it will be his decision whether to send the other traders signals =
out or hold them or adjust them. He will be available in the skype groups a=
nd you can ask for his help and support there. His signals and updates will=
 be sent out as usual by email, twitter, twitter sms and facebook. In my op=
inion this will improve the signals and service and lead to good pips and p=
rofits. I can honestly say if TCi was not available then I would continue b=
ut I have known him for a long time now and am so impressed with his signal=
s and work that I am happy for him to provide the signals for 4X Pips signa=
ls. All signals will still have entry, stop loss and TP and will be similar=
 to the signals we had this week with smaller SL's which will be better. Th=
ere will also be more major pairs such as EU, GU, AU &
 UC. People will see no change to the service, you will still get approx th=
e same number of signals, sent the same way, TCi will be admin of the skype=
 group and email support will still be available from other admins. I may j=
oin the skype group as a client in the coming weeks and will be happy to ch=
at to fellow clients when I do=0A =0AThe admin side of things (such as ques=
tions about the service, any problems you are having or  subscriptions) wil=
l be dealt with by the other admins in the company. Also 1 person will now =
deal with all emails as we had some occurances where there was a number of =
us answering emails and missing emails so now 1 person deals with them and =
they aim to answer all emails within 24hrs but they will aim for much faste=
r during the London trading hours=0A =0ALet me say that this is not a negat=
ive for 4X Pips and I honestly believe it will help improve the pips and se=
rvice and there is still plans for the 3rd party verification, autotrade an=
d ipad/android apps and they will be worked on by the other admins shortly.=
 Please keep an eye on the website for updates on the autotrade system espe=
cially. Of course some people will view this negatively (the 4-5 people abo=
ve) and probably make some weird claims but when the service is being negat=
ively affected by certain people and I am finding my time taken up by these=
 people and not with signals and clients then its best I step aside.=0A =0A=
