Unfortunately the past 1-2 months the signals have not = been the best=2C even though the last week we are back to some profit=2C a= nd people who have recently joined have decided to target a lot of anger an= d abuse directly at me. Recently I have had personal threats=2C had blatant= lies told about me=2C people posting untrue facts about me and my private = live and had people creating fake Facebook profiles to try and befriend me = on FB and check into my private and personal life. For everyone who knows m= e through the group or knows me personally and knows the service for more t= han 3 months they will know that I have always worked hard (16 hour days so= metimes) to give people a reliable=2C honest and fair signal service. Its j= ust unfortunate that we have had a losing few weeks after the FPA offer and= new website. =20 Its also unfortunate that from the 100's of clients (and 1000's over the p= ast few years) that its only 4-5 people who made it personal against me and= decided to target me direct. So for that reason I am stepping aside as it = means someone else can step in and run the service better without this leve= l of abuse and personal attacks.=20 =20 So on that note=2C I have asked TCi who has been giving excellent pips ove= r the past 2 months in the skype group to take over. He will have access to= our other traders and it will be his decision whether to send the other tr= aders signals out or hold them or adjust them. He will be available in the = skype groups and you can ask for his help and support there. His signals an= d updates will be sent out as usual by email=2C twitter=2C twitter sms and = facebook. In my opinion this will improve the signals and service and lead = to good pips and profits. I can honestly say if TCi was not available then = I would continue but I have known him for a long time now and am so impress= ed with his signals and work that I am happy for him to provide the signals= for 4X Pips signals. All signals will still have entry=2C stop loss and TP= and will be similar to the signals we had this week with smaller SL's whic= h will be better. There will also be more major pairs such as EU=2C GU=2C A= U & UC. People will see no change to the service=2C you will still get appr= ox the same number of signals=2C sent the same way=2C TCi will be admin of = the skype group and email support will still be available from other admins= . I may join the skype group as a client in the coming weeks and will be ha= ppy to chat to fellow clients when I do =20 The admin side of things (such as questions about the service=2C any probl= ems you are having or subscriptions) will be dealt with by the other admin= s in the company. Also 1 person will now deal with all emails as we had som= e occurances where there was a number of us answering emails and missing em= ails so now 1 person deals with them and they aim to answer all emails with= in 24hrs but they will aim for much faster during the London trading hours =20 Let me say that this is not a negative for 4X Pips and I honestly believe = it will help improve the pips and service and there is still plans for the = 3rd party verification=2C autotrade and ipad/android apps and they will be = worked on by the other admins shortly. Please keep an eye on the website fo= r updates on the autotrade system especially.
