Hello Martin,

One of my newer review moderators made a mistake.  The system is not 100%
foolproof.  If you see that happen again, just send a note and I'll check
it.

I know you've had some medical issues, and I know that you've been busy
dealing with new clients, but I'm very concerned.  Did you really state, or
even imply, to Dale that updates were not being done to avoid frightening
away potential new members?  I've also gotten an email from one FPA member
who bought during the special offer and seems to want a refund.

I've just checked your website and don't see any results for October
posted.  Good or bad, the delays in posting those results are directly
fueling the fire.  The best possible option at the moment is to get new
results posted as quickly after the market closes on Friday as possible.
