That, first and foremost, I am already short changed. Prior to all this drama, Martin promised a free week due to his sickness and I hope you guys honour your promise though he has stopped being one of the admins. I have wrote in last year before the end of my paid membership pertaining to this situation and was assured that no problems will arise. You can check my correspondence with your support team's email. Furthermore, there was quite a few occasions on days that signals was not sent due to all the hoo haa of admin change and what not going on at your side, but I will not go into that nor use be that cheap to use that to demand more free weeks. All I want now is what is rightfully mine, which is 2 more weeks of signals, promised when Martin was admitted into hospital and 1 week that was promised but not delivered. Is that too much to ask?
