Hello everyone,

My e-mail account was hacked into and a number of you will have received a
mail purporting to come from me and asking you to open a URL. DO NOT DO IT
SIMPLY DELETE THE MAIL.

If anyone has opened it the virus will then mail everyone in your address
book. Run your anti virus software then change your e-mail password. There
should also be provision for you to stop any concurrent user on your
account you e mail provider will tell you how.

Sorry about this I use very good anti virus and firewall software somehow
this one got through.
