We=E2=80=99ve added clearer disclosures about how we collect and treat dat=

=3D4c22666dbc) . We=E2=80=99ve also made some updates to accommodate=
 our growing international user base: We made it clear that we operate and=

alian users=2C and clarified that we transfer data from the EU under our D=

llowed to be sent through MailChimp (like illegal activity) and content we=
 allow=2C but may take a harder look at (like online trading).

Why we=E2=80=99re making these changes

MailChimp has grown significantly since our legal policies were last revis=
ed about three years ago. We=E2=80=99ve made some functional changes since=
 then=2C like offering more features as add ons=2C and our legal agreement=
s need to be updated accordingly. There are also some restrictions in our=
 Terms that are no longer relevant or accurate=2C since email and marketin=
g best practices have changed over the years. Finally=2C some countries ha=
ve enacted or updated their laws related to data privacy=2C so to better a=
ccommodate the needs of our international users=2C particularly those loca=
ted in the EU and Australia=2C you=E2=80=99ll see we=E2=80=99ve added some=
 sections to our Privacy Policy.

These new Terms go into effect today. If you continue using MailChimp afte=
r today=2C you=E2=80=99ll be doing so under the new Privacy Policy and Ter=
