I don't use MT4 so I guess it's just a normal BUY limit or  order that will=
 get filled if and when or does PENDING ? Or on MT4, does this "order"  jus=
t go into a "pre-setup holding area" where trades can be stored and then ac=
tivated later - and are hence not an order on the market ?

When I post a PENDING it means the current price is not at the entry price =
of the trade so on your MT4 set it as an PENDING ORDER and place either a B=
UY STOP or LIMIT or SELL STOP or LIMIT
