Martin, I am sorry this has happened to you.  I can't even count the
number of times I've seen a few bad people ruin something for everyone
else.

I have still not yet started to use the signals, will I still be able
to keep my account on hold?  You can stop sending them until I give
you the go-ahead if that would be easier.
