I may not have made myself clear. I wish to get a refund now and then trial=

As for who is TCI, we have been using him for few months and he has been gi=
ving signals in the skype group and making good pips, he averaged over 1000=
pips every month in 2011 with greater success in 2012 so we know he is a go=
od trader. He also trains many people in trading

I don't believe that since I signed up with the service it has performed as=
 I would have expected.

Whilst I appreciate that you were taken gravely ill for a number of days at=
 the "start of my service", I didn't expect the service to simply reply upo=
n one person.

I've no doubt that TCi (whoever that is) is a capable trader, but at presen=
t I'm not convinced.

Consequently, a refund at this juncture is appropriate.

Maybe as a way to reconcile this can be achieved as follows: A two-week tri=
al period with TCi commencing from the 1st November.

My reservation is "who is TCi" and will "TCi" make this the same successful=
 business it was under your stewardship; and whop covers for TCi when he is=
 ill.

ot harmed in any way and in my opinion this will make the service better an=

eans someone else can step in and run the service better without this level=
 of abuse and personal attacks.

So on that note, I have asked TCi who has been giving excellent pips over t=
he past 2 months in the skype group to take over. He will have access to ou=
r other traders and it will be his decision whether to send the other trade=
rs signals out or hold them or adjust them. He will be available in the sky=
pe groups and you can ask for his help and support there. His signals and u=
pdates will be sent out as usual by email, twitter, twitter sms and faceboo=
k. In my opinion this will improve the signals and service and lead to good=
 pips and profits. I can honestly say if TCi was not available then I would=
 continue but I have known him for a long time now and am so impressed with=
 his signals and work that I am happy for him to provide the signals for 4X=
 Pips signals. All signals will still have entry, stop loss and TP and will=
 be similar to the signals we had this week with smaller SL's which will be=
 better. There will also be more major pairs such as EU, GU, AU & UC. Peopl=
e will see no change to the service, you will still get approx the same num=
ber of signals, sent the same way, TCi will be admin of the skype group and=
 email support will still be available from other admins. I may join the sk=
ype group as a client in the coming weeks and will be happy to chat to fell=
ow clients when I do

The admin side of things (such as questions about the service, any problems=
 you are having or  subscriptions) will be dealt with by the other admins i=
n the company. Also 1 person will now deal with all emails as we had some o=
ccurances where there was a number of us answering emails and missing email=
s so now 1 person deals with them and they aim to answer all emails within =
24hrs but they will aim for much faster during the London trading hours

Let me say that this is not a negative for 4X Pips and I honestly believe i=
t will help improve the pips and service and there is still plans for the 3=
rd party verification, autotrade and ipad/android apps and they will be wor=
ked on by the other admins shortly. Please keep an eye on the website for u=
pdates on the autotrade system especially. Of course some people will view =
this negatively (the 4-5 people above) and probably make some weird claims =
but when the service is being negatively affected by certain people and I a=
m finding my time taken up by these people and not with signals and clients=
 then its best I step aside.

Of course I still have some good friends and good people I met through this=
 service and will keep some of you as my personal FB friends. Some of you d=
o email me asking for advice on other issues and opinion on long term trade=
s so if you wish to still keep in touch then please email 4x pips here and =
they will give you my private email address and you can still email me when=
 you need free advice

So once again thanks everybody and I will still be available into start nex=

r knows me personally and knows the service for more than 3 months they wil=
l know that I have always worked hard (16 hour days sometimes) to give peop=
le a reliable, honest and fair signal service. Its just unfortunate that we=
 have had a losing few weeks after the FPA offer and new website.</span><o:=

xcellent pips over the past 2 months in the skype group to take over. He wi=
ll have access to our other traders and it will be his decision whether to =
send the other traders signals out or hold them or adjust them. He will be =
available in the skype groups and you can ask for his help and support ther=
e. His signals and updates will be sent out as usual by email, twitter, twi=
tter sms and facebook. In my opinion this will improve the signals and serv=
ice and lead to good pips and profits. I can honestly say if TCi was not av=
ailable then I would continue but I have known him for a long time now and =
am so impressed with his signals and work that I am happy for him to provid=
e the signals for 4X Pips signals. All signals will still have entry, stop =
loss and TP and will be similar to the signals we had this week with smalle=
r SL's which will be better. There will also be more major pairs such as EU=
, GU, AU &amp; UC. People will see no change to the service, you will still=
 get approx the same number of signals, sent the same way, TCi will be admi=
n of the skype group and email support will still be available from other a=
dmins. I may join the skype group as a client in the coming weeks and will =

ally. Of course some people will view this negatively (the 4-5 people above=
) and probably make some weird claims but when the service is being negativ=
ely affected by certain people and I am finding my time taken up by these p=
