Dear Admin,

Frankly to say that we are really disappointed with the signal service perfo=
rmance. After we have subscribe the service via FPA promotion, we learnt tha=
t this signal service could not
commit as if the advertised performance (few hundreds pips profit) within th=
is 3 months.

Oppositely it has caused us loss of hundreds pips within these months since w=
e followed this service very closely. Eventually it triggered much anger and=
 complaints from our portfolio investors just because we trusted on your ser=
vice. I think you should be aware of the performance of this signal service a=
nd also received a lot of complaints about your service. I also can see nume=
rous negative comment and a lot of people gave up on this service as well th=
rough number of participants in skype and FB.

However, we never lodged complaint over over it and never ever post any nega=
tive comment about your service on FPA or other website. We understood that w=
e should bear the loss and any responsibility since we trusted on your servi=
ce. Furthermore, these 3 months market performed very tough and understood t=
his treated your service not really fair enough if we claimed that your perf=
ormance is poor.

We also understood that it is not a good idea if we request for refund. To b=
e fair to us, we would like to request for 3-month complimentary service so t=
hat at least our investors were compensated and get convinced. I believe if t=
he performance is profitable within these 2 months, we would definately be h=
appy to continue subscribe this service and maintain it. We are also looking=
 for long term relationship with your company.

Appreciate if you could advise us and looking forward to your prompt reply.
